Definitely not a favorite.
Chaney’s character isn’t as much of an active participant as in the previous films for one. He kicks it all off, but then spends the rest of the film wallowing in self-pity.
A bit of a surpise with the reveal of an accomplice, but outside of that, a pretty well worn “mad doctor in a wax museum” story.

Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare was a lot funnier than I expected. I suppose by that I mean I didn't expect it to be funny at all, and then it was funny a few times, but I really liked those times a lot.
Drive was very different than I thought it would be, but I was kind of into it. Only kind of. I got really sick of that one song though.
I'm a Superman casual at best. This is my favorite Superman movie now.
I liked all of the casting choices, especially Beck Bennett, who could have used more screentime. It was well balanced between action/story with comedic moments peppered in, which didn't always work for me (it's no Guardians of the Galaxy), but I appreciate the effort. I also liked that Lois had her own story, and it wasn't just bouncing between Superman and Lex.
It’s a throw back to the 80s horror comedy in that someone might have seen it as a kid and still think it’s hilarious, but in reality it sucks by every measure.
I have a slight giggle in the first few minutes when I thought it had potential. Now I want to burn the thing with acid and flames.
The Joker is losing a half star on the rewatch. I was less interested when it wasn't all new to me.

A bunch of badly dubbed, overacting Bulgarians pretend to be Mexicans as John Barrowman pretends to fight a megalodon.
The “special” effects near the end make it all worth it! From toy helicopters to visuals that make the old ‘Land of the Lost’ look like something done by James Cameron! I hope I didn’t keep anyone up from laughing so hard.
The fan of Shark Attack 1, meaning the writers, scribbled out another story that was just as shallow as the first. More homages to Jaws in the plot, “We can’t cancel the surf competition!,” and an ending that ends with a bang.
Guess I’m ready for #3 now. MEGALODON!

Discovered a film called Shark Attack 3.
Just feel I needed to see 1 & 2 before I “dove” into that one. Watched this a few nights ago. It was a paint by the number Jaws rip-off as you might expect.
Dialing up 2 now. I’ll be in touch…
I am generally down for a summer blockbuster, and I'm not especially critical, so I'm surprised I didn't like this more.
Most of the runtime was split by between two different groups of characters who really didn't spend that much time together, which feels like more of a tv show move. ScarJo's crew ran into four dinosaur species, and three just happened to be the ones whose blood they needed. I didn't laugh at any of the jokes; there were a bunch of people in the theater that were cracking up though. The dialogue was rough in general, and you could see everything coming from a mile away.
I love this so much, yet I haven't watched any of Sean Baker's other films. I guess I'll get on that.
